Fledgling Flight Sequence
8 July 2013

The lowest perched eagle is the first fledgling for this nest. It fledged about a week earlier than expected, possibly due to a slip out of a crowded nest of 3 young, so it has a few skills to hone yet. See the below sequence to watch what happens when it tries to land in a soft part of a nearby white pine tree.
